2020 Winners

Taking place at Hotel, Restaurant & Catering (HRC) at ExCel, London the 2020 edition of International Salon Culinaire comprised of 100 different competition categories for novices and seasoned chefs taking place across three days.

Judged by more than 70 leading industry chefs, the winners included the likes of Tristan Merrick from the Royal Navy who won bronze and best in class for the ‘Course Vegetarian or Plant Based Menu.’ Terry O’Riordan from the Craft Guild Academy won silver and best in class for ‘Open Lamb’. Charlotte Wakelyn from Hoar Cross Hall Hotel won gold and best in class for ‘Plated Dessert’ and Ayesha Khan from Highbury College won gold and best in class for the series final.
