2021 Winners

This year despite the industry challenges we have we have already had a plethora of entrants for all of our competition categories! Our virtual awards ceremonies have also begun, the first of which took place on Wednesday 17 March where James St Claire-Jones, Executive Head Chef of Hoar Cross Hall Hotel was awarded Best in Class for the Custom Culinary Plant Forward Challenge.
