Chef teams will have one hour to prepare, cook and present a three-course menu suitable for their Club Chairman to entertain the Head of the FA or RFU to dinner. The meal should include a lamb main course with seasonal ingredients. Feedback may be obtained from the judges immediately after the competition, but results will not be provided. The top 3 will be announced at The Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards in May/June 2024.  Competitors will need to provide a menu card for the judges to review with an allergen sheet.
