2022 Winners

Taking place at Hotel, Restaurant & Catering (HRC) at ExCel, London the 2022 edition of International Salon Culinaire comprised of over 100 different competition categories for novices and seasoned chefs taking place across three days and was judged by more than 70 leading industry chefs.

On Tuesday 22 March, we were delighted to be joined by Chef Ambassador Michel Roux Jr. who was there to support the industry and watch some of the competitions we ran throughout the day.
